    • Identify new business opportunities, prospecting, the same & convert it into order booking in a time bound manner.

    • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
    • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.

    • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
    • Plan approaches and pitches and work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

    Job Description
    1. Project Planning & Execution
      • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine execution methodology, BOQ, time frame, finalize SOP, -Cash flow,, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
      • Owns project schedule; responsible for conducting team meetings, delegating tasks, and managing project activities across multiple departments and functions
      • Ensures timely billing to client of all executed items by in house team or sub-contractors, payment from client, approval of extra items and variations, reconciliation of materials issued to sub-contractors.
    2. Budget Management
      • Owns project costs; Is responsible for managing change orders and tracking budget versus actuals
    3. Risk Management
      • Controls and manages the project risk register (related to cash, schedule, variation, extra items and quality) and communicates it to executive management regularly
      • Troubleshoots issues as they arise; evaluates alternatives and proposes solutions

    Competencies/ Skills Required
    1. Experience of implementation of 24×7 water supply project is preferable.
    2. Certification in Project Management will be desirable
